Brief Introduction
My Name is Ádám Molnár, I had a sport career ( swimming, triahtlon ) from age 9, until age 32. Than learned shiatsu, recieved diploma in 2017, started to follow Lotus Nei gong in 2016, teaching nei gong by authorization in 2019 through Dao Neigong school. Xian tian college diploma recieved in 2025.
Full time nei gong practitioner since 2015, day in, day out.
What I studied and practised in nei gong I mainly learned from Damo Mitchell and Lotus Nei Gong school seniors, and this journey is still on, I look at myself and probably always will look as a student only. Gratitude goes toward Damo, for building up this materia, bringing it to Europe and accessible to many. Also for letting me teach and this way explore the path from this angle too. If this cna be any good services to people, i am glad.
