Next block of online weekly class starts: 9th of January. Every Thursday.
Structure ( 2 hours practise ):
– Circa 30 mins, warm up, strech,
– Work with dan tian, 45-60 mins,
– Qigong until the end. | cool down on your own |

The subject of the classes varies according to group progress and consistency. Main focus on breath and dan tian work, and integration of Qi gong practise. Lecturing during the practise. Corrections can be expected.
Aim to help momentum of the practitioners. And since our weekly classes on thursdays, there is a chance we combine live and online format. Because our 3 days courses in Vienna and Budapest always start with Friday, full day work. So whoever joins us will have a chance to join the weekly class too.

| those who only would join the weekly classes the day before our 3 days events, and part of the registered event participants must register 1 week prior minimum, so we have a chance to rent a place for live class. |
Weekly class fees:
1) For Dao Neigong or Xiant Tian College students: 80 EUR / 8 class, if math needed please derive from it.

Registration final with valid transfer of the fee, please make sure you handle it before class day.
