It is our usual format, 2 hours of practise in a row. Usually warm up and focusing on given topic and / or sets of excersies.
Most of you feedbacked, that it is important for you to have weekly classes as it gives momentum to you, or room for improvement. Each for their level.

We start this block right after our 10-12th of October Budapest Nei Gong course.

Same rules:
– you can join only to sign up for all 9, or when you find us, the remaining sessions all together. Also you got room, to only pay the sessions ahead that you know you can attend. Example: if know certain wednesdays in advance that you cant attend, jus tlet us know when signing up and calculate your fee.

Attend:
– we will send out Zoom link, that you cna join,
– camera should be switched on,

Fee: Dao Neigong and Lotus Nei Gong ( Rome Foundation Program ) students: 90 Euro ( 10 euro per session )
Everyone else: 108 Euro ( 12 euro per session )
– need to be paid before start of attending.

Lastly, we Do Not make recordings, this year Vol.1 and Vol. 2 of this format worked so well for practitioners we keep ourselves to it. It was amazing how people showed up.
