Nei gong in Vienna | March

Subject: As usual we tailor the nei gong practise to the group and people present. There is a plan how to help people go forward in their practise. Preparedness is key and is something need to be considered.The group lately reached better level of connectedness and openness. Likely we go furhter into dan tian gong , help the mind anchor more + do qi gong with these qualities. Usually very tiring first.

So likely we go deeper into sinew changing level of practise or use hun Yuan Qigong excercises to help this deepening.
