Subject: We likely will work around the hui chun seated excercises, to help our core being toward a more balanced state. Yet good warm ups to expect and deeper aspects of joint and soft tissue openings. ( final subject can vary around the condition of the group. ) Dan tian and breath work as always.
Bring pen and paper, cushion to sit on, and spare t-shirts if getting sweaty. Warm water also advised.
