Subtraction is not as „trendy” here in Europe as analizing and always trying to fix things by adding. Adding new knowledge, new certificate, new explanation and theory.
Subtraction is part of the path. And it is part of nei gong practise. Release and let go is a method, and rather a quality that can be built in our system, until it becomes second nature. Letting go , by my limited understanding, is not an action. And that is the trap, that is why few can let go truely.
We need to subtract, re-learn, practise, repeat and thus transform and change, and functions of your body and mind and Qi will changed.
The next upcoming events are going to include the introductionary elements to this kind of release, let go. What we are focusing on is organicly changing in the group and changing through events.

Yin and Yang…
Always emphasizing only one aspect of the practise might be an error, we shall keep in mind that theory of yin and yang must be applied to everything we do. Timing, effort, rest and qualities vary depending on our stage of development, seasons, and all sorts of factors.
An example , that worth to remember is about our organs. Each organ has yin and yang functions. In case, by our actions we over do or over stress the system , we likely deplete the yin aspect. When the Kidneys and Liver yang is overworked, there is a chance their yin aspect becomes depleted.
It has signs, both physical and mental, that can be read in time before major illness or pathology manifests. By practise we can sharpen our ability to listen to body and mind and overcome a problem before it arise.
Timing, action, and stillness are key factors. Stop for a minute and check if in this springy, strong energetic period of year your yin needs some nourishment or not. The world will still spin if you stop for a moment and check your batteries and direction of action. Or check if you cultivate enough stillness so you can own your center for more collected actions.
Maybe nourish Kidneys and Liver yin if that suits you, or just remember yin and yang has a continious dance going on.
