When feeling stuck | Qi stagnation

Several things can cause the Qi to block, stuck or stagnate. Aspects of Qi stagnation are manifold. These are the situation when our mood is determined and do not feel acting, or do the very thing is neccessary to change our state of being.
When Qi stuck, or stagnate, the flow of change is blocked and we may feel blocked as well, unable to act, halted, and resistant to certain feelings, and actions. Is this resistance real? Our emotions are real?

Well, the very minute the block is solved, and flow is regenerated the emotion is gone, so to me realizations came by nei gong practise, not everything i think or feel is real. And not everything mus tbe given attention or energy.
Qi gong when really effective can fundamentally help with Qi stagnation.

Which can be caused by overwork, overtrain or actually its opposite, lack of movement , sitting, standing, lack of activation.
Qi gong has a moving, activating nature on a basic level. Sport, training, movement all has this property, but the deeper stages of qigong has more subtle level effect on Qi movement, or Qi gathering, etc.

Dragon dao yins, which are great tool of our nei gong process has a very strong yang property. Moving, streching, leading, guiding the Qi. So we have a vast scale of choice to regulate our system.

The art is to decide from these tools what we need actually, the given day and given moment to propel our nei gong practise.
Mood is not static it is changable with movement.

Dont know the artist of this dragon but found it cool he has an Aum ball grabbed.
