This sub-site is dedicated to share information on Adam’s approach to nei gong , qi gong practise in regards to manual therapists, such as shiatsu or tuina practitioners. And certain type of events to find in Graz | Austria
As our events solidified in Vienna and Budapest, the opportunity and the need arised to open a new Venue. This is going to be Graz – Austria.
1) It will host our nei gong foundations events, as much as stronger and longer emphasis on the principles, qualities and foundational understandings on how Qi gong truely works. Nei gong mostly start with the body and from there builds up a safe linear process in which we manage to get effectively inside our body. Stbailize and step higher toward Qi form this solid base.
Glass ceilings are hidden, unseen blockages on our path, major reasons for them is not doing certain practises enough or at all. Aim of Graz events to practicall and theoretically supply the self-cultivation seekers with methods.
2) Addiitonally these events in Graz will hold place for therapist specific theory and occasionally practise.
– like energetic “antomy” according to nei gong, channels, energetic centers and the system to understand these correlations deeper,
– misconceptions to clear, borrowed ideas from chinese medicine and 5 element philosophical theory to put to their places and clear Qi gong terms for more effective practise,
– deeper and more practical understanding of “hara”, dan tian and its relationship and useful caracteristics regarding the channel system model,
– understand Qi in context and deeper correlations as well as our main path to find it truely practically, through the nei gong process,
– represent how nei gong, the transformational process has stages, milestones and realtion to self cultivation,
– importance of robust health and vitality, stable mind and centered emotional life,
– etc,
These are neccessary topics for therapists to comprehend and build up their on cultivation, for longevity, stbaility and confidence in their therapy. We are though keep these events open to anyone intrested to study nei gong foundations. Events
Vienna and Budapest also open for anyone, only we created now hopefully a little clarification, as there is difference in approach and quality between the venues. Each of the beneficial and open for beginners.
