Nei gong | Qi gong event in Vienna | 3 days | May | Dragon Dao Yins in depth

As usual now the group as going on we spent three days on their development according to | season | progress in nei gong process | or a given topic.

This one is particularly to deepen purging and spine, body opening, working with the Dragon Dao Yins for the 4th year in Vienna, part of the group deepen their practise, as well as beginners can familirze with the movements.

In case the topic gets sharper we are going to post it here. According to the years of experiences , this commited group of people rotate between Vienna and Budapest, so they are well examined and accordingly the program is put together, unless again there is a specific workshop program of new excercises or visiting certain stages of nei gong.
