A very slim part of humanity is interested in Qi – 氣.
From this even tinier division, majoritiy seemingly go to a very determined direction and only a microscopic part remained, who is willing to dig deeper, toward resistance, difficulty, sacrifice and so on. Entering a realm of uncertainty, perhaps chaos and defenitely unkown territory.
The baby steps in true search, amongst authentic Qi gong methods are quite difficult. If we remind ourselves again the above shortly described divisions… it may give us a bit more realistic standpoint where we stand truely.
Anything that is appealing, gives results in short term and rock us into a belief that we are special in any shape or form, might be discarded immediately. What remians , we may start with.
Fast leap…
Nei gong seems to me difficult, hard when in working and complex. Something I would respect more than just to use it for marketing aims or just because it is trendy nowadays. Qi gong practise in the nei gong systems seems so far from what main stream promises people. Majority of times also very contradictory to its true principles.
– mind, intention, shen, jing and all phrases could be copy pasted.
How should a practitioner prepare for the search, structure their practise and controll mindset, right intentions and actions and speech. To prevent from further sliding down on slopes, that lead away from the real work. Keep doing the real work without giving in for promising fake wishes and sedative methods widely promoted.
