Trainings from morning before breakfast, until evening after dinner. Defenite focus to use the advantage of this clean, pure forrest, mountain environment. Retreat from the world and rest between sessions in nature.

As usual, our core group members has the chance first to fill up the spots, as the retreat is designed for them, and we have this year the chance to fill up the remaining spots. Our maximum capacity is 15.
