This event is ideal for those studying foundations of nei gong and Qigong in depth, begginer or advanced can benefit as well of it.

Nei gong has certain prerequisits, milestones to reach to be able to start it at all, really. We are going to sharpen these basics, and spend lots of hours to make sure these neccessities are met.

Qi gong is difficult on its own, nei gong is more intricate. One may study it diligently and in depth to find real steps toward this path.
