3 days Nei Gong Foundations in Graz | with 5 ” Element” Qi gong and theory as in authentic qi gong.
In 2026 we start a series of events, all held in Graz, where the absolute foundations of Nei Gong and Qi Gong will be teached.
1) The aim is to provide all neccessary knowledge to effectively be able to start foundational work + understand it.
2) Additionally explanations and theory for : shiatsu | tuina and acupuncture therapists, so they can understand Qi, energetic anatomy and correlations to their methods. Plus be able to create their own cultivation according to authentic nei gong practise.
The system in 2026, will be so as Graz will give place for solid, strong foundational work, with possibly 2-3 nei gong events.
Location: VAÖ Studentenheim Am Rehgrund 14 8043 Graz
Date: 12-14th of June, 9:00-17:00 each day
Fee: 240 EUR

Not participate intoxicated, or with hangover, drug or medication addiction. Habitual smoking, drinking prohibited. Inappropriate behaviour prohibited. Violating these you can be asked to leave.
Dont advise event under age 18, or pregnancy, or serious health conditions. Good health, well rested, hydrated and prepaired is advised.
Participation for self cultivational studies, deepen and enrich your own practise in nei gong is the aim of the event. Not instructor or teacher education.
