Nei Gong practise intensive in Budapest | 3 full days
Program: structured training with the aim to deepen dan tian gong and required nei gong aspects according to the condition of particpants. Qigong and dao yin practise accordingly. Leading you on the process.
Schedule every day:
7:00 start practise
8:00 breakfast ( individually )
9:00 practise
13:00 Lunch ( after rest or possible pool use )
15:00 practise
18:00 Dinner
19:30 -20:30ish practise

Lunch and Dinner !!! News !!!
We worked out a way to provide food for you for lunch and dinner. They will be served in time, on venue, on plates, no waste plastic, no delivery problem.
Each meal is 7,5 EUR, so the three days ( six meals ) are : 45 euro.
Please for practical reasons, register in time latest 1 week before the event, also include you statement about food with registration.
If food intolarence are there, let us know. So we can calculate and structure the portions. ( be short and clear )

Friday, Saturday night you can stay on venue, with internal regulations, no extra charge included in price. Advised to bring your own mat, bedding, and maybe insole of a tent, to create some own space. Hall ( women ) and outdoor training tent ( for men ) will be used as shelter.
Swimming pools use, thermal pool also on agreed hour, I will inform the team, no extra ticket needed to buy from bath.
