Next block of online nei gong weekly class starts: 20th of March. Every Thursday. As many reached out and asked.
Structure ( 2 hours practise ):
– Circa 30 mins, warm up, strech,
– Work with dan tian, 45-60 mins,
– Qigong until the end. | cool down on your own |
The subject of the classes varies according to group progress and consistency. Main focus on breath and dan tian work, and integration of Qi gong practise. Lecturing during the practise. Corrections can be expected. ( This was Vol.1 program, we may differ from here. )

Weekly class fees:
1) For Dao Neigong or Xiant Tian College students and : 80 EUR / 8 class, if math needed please derive from it. Rome Foundation practitioners, has different offer, ask in mail.
2) 96 EUR / 8 classes
Registration final with valid transfer of the fee, please make sure you handle it before class day.
And again please forgive me, but this time wont handle recording, uploading and sharing of the classes. Have my several reason for it. Ask you kindly, to simply show up and practise with us.
